Yes, you can remove any item(s) you do not want from your shopping basket, so long as your order has not been placed. Adding an item or items to shopping baskets does not constitute a booking or reservation and, where purchases are not made quickly, a basket's content may go out of stock.
Yes, by accessing your Orders History Section within your accounts, you can find out the status of your order at any time. If you made your purchase order under the guest purchase option you will be able to track your order through the link supplied in our confirmation email to you. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible by calling +92 333 023 4854 or emailing us at help@xy.com.pk. Yes, you will receive the entire order. However, in exceptional circumstances, an order may have to be wholly or partly declined even after the order’s confirmation has been received.
If, exceptionally, you receive the wrong item or a defective item, you may return it so long as it has not been used. Please consult our return policy or contact our Customer Service.
Yes, under the "Have you forgotten your password?” option, you can request the recovery of your forgotten password. Once you have made your request, you will receive an email containing the instructions you will have to follow to restore your password. The new password must contain a minimum of 8 alphanumerical characters (letters and numbers), with at least one capital letter.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Making purchases on XY is really easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Choose a section: Shirts, Kurta or Shalwar Kameez.
2. Click on the item you are interested in and you will then see it on the interactive dummy along with its name, item code, description, price, composition and useful advice on its care.
3. Design your article using the various options given. Choose the different sizing options and add the item to your shopping basket. After that you will be able to choose between "Continue purchasing" or "Place your order".
4. Please note that there are two options available for placing orders: you can register or make your purchase as a “Guest”.
5. Once you have correctly entered the required details, choose "Confirm".
6. You will afterwards receive a confirmation email for your order.

How can I be sure I have made my purchase correctly?
Once the order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Should you not receive it, please check your email’s Spam folder. If you are sure you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service by calling +92 333 023 4854 or emailing us at help@xy.com.pk. Remember that purchases made on XY are completely secure, seeing as we put great effort into having the right resources at our disposal for ensuring your purchases and your personal data are secure.

REGISTER

One of the purchase options on XY is by registering on our website. Note that you have the option of purchasing as a guest. If you register, all the data you provide will be saved securely in our systems, so there will be no need for you to enter them and your future purchases will be faster.


1- Here are the steps to follow for registering as a XY customer:
- Click on the "My Account" section that appears on the upper-right part of XY's homepage.
- Fill in the mandatory fields of the registration form
- From then on you will be registered as a XY customer.

2- Accessing data and cancelling.
You will be able to access, change or cancel your data by entering the "My Account" section that appears in the upper-right part of the XY homepage.

3- Have you forgotten your password?
By using the "Forgot your password?” option, you will be able to request the recovery of your forgotten password. Once you have made your request, you will receive an email containing the instructions you will need to follow to restore your password. What should I do to return an article?

If you wish to return an article purchased through our website, we advise you to call our customer service on +92 333 023 4854 or emailing us at help@xy.com.pk. The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered) and with their corresponding purchase slip. Returns at XY are always free provided that there is a genuine issue with the article and the return deadline is 7 days from the date of purchase.


When will I receive the amount of my return?

Once we have approved the return you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that in a few days you will receive the corresponding amount. What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect? If the amount of your return is incorrect, contact our Customer Services Department by calling +92 333 023 4854 or via the e-mail address help@xy.com.pk. We will solve the problem as soon as possible. Please remember that XY reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.
